Organisational Climate Studies

We believe that active participation by our employees makes our organisation a more capable, wiser and more experienced company. Thus, we use organisational climate studies that constitute a tool for employee assessment and involvement. Through these tools, we detect concerns and suggestions as well as relevant information that allows us to act on productivity levels. It is widely acknowledged that satisfaction increases when employees know that their concerns are heard and their suggestions are taken into consideration.
