Complying with our Environmental, Health and Safety policies, our focus is on minimising occupational injuries, preventing health problems and potential risks to our staff members in the workplace.

Hence, we have implemented an integrated management system (IMS) that complies with the strictest international standards where all occupational health and safety incidents / accidents are reported according to standard corporate procedures.

Safety Programs We run a number of daily programs that enhance our safety culture. Developed from a phased approach, CJR Group’s Programs are implemented in different stages, from prognosis / diagnosis, to action planning, implementation and evaluation.

Periodic simulated exercises are carried out in all our facilities / projects to ensure that our employees are properly prepared in emergency situations

QHSE lectures

Daily lectures on the projects of the CJR Group that aim, on the one hand, to stimulate discussion about the status of safety practices in projects, such as promoting safety culture in the project itself.

Training

In order to promote the importance of safety measures, the CJR Group offers its employees various training courses that allow them to learn in a more effective manner the safety measures to be applied in their daily routine.
