Women´s Day : A Message from the President

On International Women's Day, this company cannot fail to honour, in this way, since the current world status thus obligates, all women in general and particularly those who collaborate and contribute to our growth.

Fifty years ago, a single woman actively participated, alongside her husband, at the beginning of the CJR Group, overcoming preconceptions that then existed in relation to women’s work in this sector. Years later, two more ladies were admitted as employees, still with us today, accepting the challenge of working in a company with a totally male workforce.
Today, fortunately, we are 130 female elements who, defiantly, perform works that, years ago, were merely performed by men. The evolution of women’s representation in society was, undoubtedly, a profound social transformation of the last decades.
On behalf of all the women, who fought and opened the way for a more just and egalitarian society, it is a matter of pride, today, to be a woman.
However, this equality is not made or stipulated by decree. Our success must be achieved through competence, dynamics, humility, creativity, courage, and respectability.
A women’s competence is her best tool to position herself.
A woman can only position herself, as a woman, if she gathered all the qualities inherent to her: In the profession, in the family and in society.
Nothing makes sense if we don’t touch people’s hearts.

“Most times it’s enough to be:
the receptive shoulder
enveloping arm
comforting word
respectful silence
infectious joy
flowing tears
caressing look
gratifying wish
encouraging love.

And this is not something from another world.
It’s what gives meaning to life.
It’s what makes life
neither short
nor too long.
But it would be intense
true, pure…
While it lasts. ”
